When Kendra Kandlestar wanted to reach Krake Castle from the small gnome town of Ireshook, she had to find passage across the Seas of Ire. She ended up stowing away on the pirate ship known as the Golden Loot.

The Seas of Ire are known for stormy weather and the many vicious sea monsters that prowl its deeps. Kendra found this out firsthand when the Golden Loot was attacked by an enormous scoptacus. By the time the sea beast was finished, there was nothing left of the ship.
