A tall, rakish Een with a heavy brow and a crop of messy hair, Raggart Rinkle was a nasty captain of the Een Guard. He took over the position after Juniper Jinx was fired by Burdock Brown. He relished this role, flaunting his power with over-zealous cruelty.

Captain Rinkle had but three teeth in his entire head, and these were quite yellow and rotten. He normally carried a long broad sword, so as to threaten the folk of Een. Captain Rinkle was extremely loyal to Burdock Brown and often works in tandem with the mysterious Agent Lurk to enforce the laws of the Een Council.
