Shivering Wood

Located towards the south of Een, Shivering Wood is a place of quiet and solitude. Some say it is named for the brisk winds that shake the boughs of the trees, while others insist it is a place inhabited with ghosts. This is because many an ancient Een has been laid to rest in the solemn shadows of the Wood.

Tombstones marking the final resting place of such famous Eens as Esme Evermoon and Byron Bumblebean can be found here, though in truth most Eens are too terrified of the woods to ever explore its quiet depths.
