Raggart Rinkle

A tall, rakish Een with a heavy brow and a crop of messy hair, Raggart Rinkle is the Captain of the Een Guard. He took over the position after Juniper Jinx was fired by Burdock Brown. He relishes this role, flaunting his power with an over-zealous cruelty.

Captain Rinkle has but three teeth in his entire head, and these are quite yellow and rotten. He normally carries a long broad sword, so as to threaten the folk of Een. Captain Rinkle is extremely loyal to Burdock Brown and often works in tandem with the mysterious Agent Lurk to enforce the laws of the Een Council.
